What it is, and isn't
The Happiness Quotient is designed for awareness, curiosity and conversation: a starting point for reflection and, if you want it, deeper work with Sid. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
Your result is confidential: it goes only to you (and to Sid's team if you book a session) and is never shared with your employer, university or anyone else.
Bring the Happiness Quotient to your campus or team
Sid runs the assessment live at the start of a talk or workshop, then teaches the practical tools behind each dimension.
