Privacy policy

What we collect

  • Happiness Quotient and Clarity Quotient. Before you see your result, we ask for your first name, email address, an optional WhatsApp number and a broad category (student, working professional, leadership or organisation). We use these to email you your report. Your score and dimension scores are stored securely so Sid's team can prepare if you book a session. Your individual answers are not stored, and your result is never passed to your employer, university or anyone else.
  • Newsletter. We add you to Sid's weekly newsletter only if you tick the consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Messages and bookings. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Calendly, we receive your name, contact details and anything you write, and use them only to respond and to deliver the session you book.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and deliver sessions, send invoices, and, if you agree, send you the weekly newsletter. We never sell your information. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@coachsidkumar.com.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses Google Apps Script to email your report. It links to WhatsApp, Calendly, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, each of which has its own privacy policy.

Terms of service

  • Coaching sessions, programmes and the Happiness Quotient are for personal growth and education. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not replace care from a qualified professional.
  • You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
  • Fees are as published on this website or agreed in writing, and are payable in advance. Indian clients are invoiced with GST as applicable.
  • Programme materials are for your personal use and may not be recorded, shared or resold without permission.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pune having jurisdiction.

Refunds & cancellations

  • One-to-one sessions: reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, and missed sessions, are not refundable but may be rescheduled once at Sid's discretion.
  • Clarity Accelerator and Clarity Mentorship: full refund before the first session; after that, unused sessions are refunded or rescheduled according to the terms given at enrolment.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
